Founded in 2017, Havick Property B.V. is a boutique real estate investor and developer lead by a team with a combined experience of over thirty years in real estate.

Havick focuses on high-end redevelopment of residential real estate for sale and for rent in Amsterdam.

 

We focus on investing in real estate that has been neglected for decades, and we aim to create modern, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing living spaces for people who call Amsterdam their home.

The name Havick is derived from Havickszoon, which was Jan Steen’s middle name. Jan Steen was one of the leading genre painters of the 17th century, the Dutch Golden Age. De Tweede Jan Steenstraat is where Havick Property renovated its first homes. Moreover, a havik (= a hawk) in Dutch is considered a non-migratory animal that provides a lot of protection. We aim to to create homes for our clients that they will never want to leave.
